About.

As a psychologist, I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship so that each client may be heard and truly understood. Therapy is a collaborative process and is completely personalized for each individual client. I work with clients to help them create the change that they seek using an integrative approach of empirically-based treatment strategies. Some areas of my clinical experience include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, coping skills, stress management, adjustment disorders, self-esteem issues, life transition issues, interpersonal skills and effective communication, parenting skills, learning disabilities, and personal growth and development. Currently, I provide in-person therapy for adult clients, as well as telehealth services for those who feel more comfortable engaging in therapy remotely during this unique time.

I realize how difficult it can be to decide to reach out for help. I strive to provide a discrete and supportive environment in which clients can explore issues and achieve their goals. And I consider it an honor to work with each client and support them during the therapeutic process.
